Bean Coffee vs Ground Coffee

I drink about three cups coffee daily, whereas I used to drink a whole pot of espresso coffee by myself. I am finding that since I started buying bean coffee and grinding it into espresso coffee, my cups coffee taste better, and pack more of a punch than before. The processing that goes on with bean coffee these days is just astounding. The espresso coffee on the market today is so over processed that you can taste the chemicals added to it in your cups coffee. The American diet is riddled with preservatives and additives. Monosodium glutamate (MSG) actually was created to enhance the flavor of food. Now if that does not scare you, I don’t’ know what will. Bean coffee is better for you, it is less expensive than its over processed, pre-ground counter parts, and it just tastes better. There is nothing more appealing than espresso coffee in the morning. I take my bean coffee and ground it into the consistency that I want, then drink my three of so cups coffee. The bean coffee also stays fresher because the ground espresso coffee starts to lose its potency and flavor after a while, then your cups coffee are more bland, and even bitter than before. I would highly suggest to anyone to start buying bean coffee and espresso coffee instead of the regular old pre ground stuff. It is just so much better on so many levels – you will be able to taste it in your first few cups coffee!
